World Championships - Results

As the culmination of the five-continent, 35-tournament 2006 ITSF World Tour, the very best table soccer players from 20 countries competed for the overall titles at the World Championships in Saint-Vincent, Italy, on November 3-5, 2006.



Participation in the tournament was limited to ITSF World Event Champions, tour "points" leaders, and the National Champions from ITSF member countries, who competed in specially formatted Singles and Doubles events. 108 players took part in the event. In a true test of all around foosball skills, competition took place on all five ITSF official styles of tables: Tornado, Tec Ball, Roberto Sport, Garlando and Bonzini.

3. Ivett GYORE (HUN)






The 3 winners of the Men's Singles competition are:




1. Frederic COLLIGNON (BEL)

2. Jamal ALLALOU (GER)

3. Robert ATHA (UK)






The 3 winning teams of the Women's Doubles competition are:




1. Cindy HEAD ヨ Dawn DUQUETTE (USA)

2. Verena ROHRER ヨ Melissa MOSSER (AUT)

3. Ivett GYORE ヨ Petra SZENDEI (HUN)






The 3 winning teams of the Men's Doubles competition are:




1. Frederic COLLIGNON ヨ Ismael SABAN (BEL)

2. Mario ARIGANELLO ヨ Eric DUNN (CAN)
