PTSF - World Senior Citizen's Day
On October 28th, PTSF - Portugal Table Soccer Federation and AMFMCB - Associação de Matraquilhos e Futebol de Mesa do Distrito de Castelo Branco, received a group of elderly people from the Caria Parish Assistance Center (IPSS), in the municipality of Belmonte , at the PTSF training center.
This special event celebrates World Senior Citizen's Day, promoting gender equality, inclusion and active aging with joy and sport.
We believe that sport is a powerful tool to unite people of all ages and genders, promoting physical and mental health. On this day, our beloved elderly people had the opportunity to participate in table soccer activities, a sport that is not only fun, but also stimulates coordination and social interaction.
Aging happily is possible.
