ITSF new members and new partners

We are pleased to announce that the new table of the German tablesoccer manufacturer Marc Lehmacher - under a new company and table name coming soon - has been voted ITSF 6th Official Table until 2008.

Official Tables are submitted to ITSF Executive Committee's vote every 4 years after the Summer Olympic Games.

The new ITSF table gives players from all over the world the opportunity to compete on the traditional German tablesoccer model and it enables the specialists to qualify for the World Championships and earn points for the official world ranking. The table with the known figures will fit international standards. Some small but sensible changes (light rods, softer rubber, better stability/legs, easier to grip handles and smaller goals) will help players to adapt to the table much more easily than today. The table will be played with a perfect round ball.

Marc Lehmacher, chairman of the existing Lehmacher company, which is also building billards, will create a new company focusing on the manufacturing of these new tablesoccer models.

ITSF Executive Committee also voted in favor of Rosengart, that has become the 1st ITSF Recognized Table.

Recognized Tables are submitted to ITSF EC's vote every year.
