The 2009 Tour is now under way

The first event of the 2009 Tour took place in France on November 8th and 9th.
Check the results of this Pro Tour event.

Current calendar of events

ITSF member federations wanting to submit a tournament for the 2009 Tour should do so as soon as possible directly online in their personal page on our website.

Each ITSF member can submit 1 Master Series and 2 Pro Tour events in the 2009 Tour.
Regular member federations can also apply to host World Championship Series events and/or Continental Championships/Cup.
For more information on this, please refer to Annex 3 of the ITSF Sport Code (p 29)

Requests have to be submitted at least 6 months before the event is to take place.
This will insure that ITSF has time to submit the events to the Executive Committee's vote and officially announce them at least 4 months before they take place.
Players sometimes complain that they don't know tournament dates early enough to plan for their travels, especially if they want to attend competitions overseas.
Also, the sooner we can publish tournament dates, the more chance players have of finding cheaper airfare.

Tournament sanctioning fees have to be paid at least 3 months before the tournament's scheduled date.
